  • Important Dates to Remember

    Mandatory Student Orientation
    Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th 2020

    August 10th and 11th will be high school orientation from 8am-11:15 am. (no lunch) Students will wear their uniforms. Please report to your 1st period class at 8am. Study Halls/late arrivals will meet in the gym at 8am. The orientation will be divided into two days with half the school coming August 10th and the other half coming August 11th. 
    Below are the orientation days divided by grade level and last name:

    9th Grade:

    New Student and Freshman Tours.  We want to offer your student the opportunity to take a guided tour of their schedule before the year starts.  The tour dates and times are listed, August 2nd (2:00 pm-6:00 pm)  and August 4th and 6th (1:00 pm-5:00 pm).  The guided tour will last 20-30mins. Student ambassadors will be the tour guides. Please make sure you sign up for a slot using the link below.

  • Athletic Participation

    Download, print, complete and return the Athletic Participation Form to the HS Athletic Office if your student will participate in the BCS Athletic Program. Contact Tiffany Kelly for more information at or 751-6408.

  • Sodexo Dining Service

  • Textbooks

    The Saint Shop is excited to announce the Briarcrest ONLINE BOOKSTORE.  New and used textbooks will be available for sale online.  All orders will be “customer pick-up” only. (There is no reservation process this year.) See the Saint Shop Website for more information and summer hours for textbook pick-up and purchase.
  • Driver's Permit/License Proof of Attendance

    Before getting a driver's permit or license, your student must have a signed form from the high school office to take to the DMV showing proof of school attendance.  During the school year please see Leslie Hunt in the high school office. Please email Leslie Hunt at to have this form mailed to you during the summer months.  Once signed, the form is good for 30 days. (summer office hours are M-F, 8 am - 2:30  pm).
  • Parking Decals 2020-21

    Parking decals will cost $25.00 and must be displayed on driver’s side of the vehicle. Students can pick a parking space via a Signup Genius email that will be sent out the week of July 27th. Please contact Coach Harrington or Mrs. Cannon, in Student Services, if you have any further questions.
  • Building Entrance During the School Day

    All visitors to the high school will enter through the doors in front of the high school office to check in and receive a green visitor's badge.  During school hours, all exterior doors will be kept locked EXCEPT those in front of the High School Office.  Students will need to enter these doors when arriving after the tardy bell or when checking in during the day.
