Student Orientation Day
Monday, August 9th, 2021

Monday, August 9th is a mandatory high school orientation day. This day is divided into morning and afternoon sessions based on the student's last name. Students will wear their uniforms on this day and no lunch will be served.

    Freshman ONLY report to Sparks by 8am – meeting from 8am-8:30 am 

    All other students will report to your first period class at 8:35 am
    If you have Study Hall first period, please report to the MPR at 8:35 am.

    Freshman Parent/New Parent (New to BCS) Meeting in Sparks– 8:45am – 9:45 am

    All other students are finished for the day and free to leave campus. Students who attended BCS last year need to stop by the HS Commons at the end of 7th period to pickup a yearbook.

  • Parent Parking Decal

    Parent Parking Decal - All parents must have a new parent parking sticker each school year on their vehicles. To obtain the sticker, please login to the Briarcrest website as a parent and go to the "Resource" page.  Click on the link for parent parking decal. Once filled out and submitted online your new decal will be mailed to you. Each family receives two free decals each year. After that, the cost is $5 each and can be paid online with the online form. 
  • Student Parking Decals 2021-22

    Student parking decals will cost $25.00 and must be displayed on driver’s side windshield of the vehicle. Students can pick a parking space via a Signup Genius email that will be sent out the week of July 26th. Please contact Coach Harrington or Mrs. Cannon, in Student Services, if you have any further questions.
  • Athletic Participation

    Download, print, complete and return the Athletic Participation Form to the HS Athletic Office if your student will participate in the BCS Athletic Program. Contact Tiffany Kelly for more information at tlkelly@briarcrest.com or 751-6408.

  • Textbooks

    The Saint Shop is excited to announce the Briarcrest ONLINE BOOKSTORE.  New and used textbooks will be available for sale online.  All orders will be “customer pick-up” only. (There is no reservation process this year.) See the Saint Shop Website for more information and summer hours for textbook pick-up and purchase.
  • Driver's Permit/License Proof of Attendance

    Before getting a driver's permit or license, your student must have a signed form from the high school office to take to the DMV showing proof of school attendance.  During the school year, please see Leslie Hunt in the high school office. Once signed, the form is good for 30 days.
    During the summer months you may stop by the HS office for a form. Our summer office hours are M-F, 8 am - 2:30  pm. During the summer months, the form is good for the entire summer. 
  • Building Entrance During the School Day

    All visitors to the high school will enter through the doors in front of the high school office to check in and receive a green visitor's badge.  During school hours, all exterior doors will be kept locked EXCEPT those in front of the High School Office.  Students will need to enter these doors when arriving after the tardy bell or when checking in during the day.
