• Elementary New Family Event

  All new families are invited to attend this fun social on Tuesday, August 6 in the middle school/elementary gym. Teachers, school Personnel, and PTF families will be there to answer questions and welcome all.
  PK & JK = 4:00-5:00 p.m.
  SK-5th grade = 5:00-6:00 p.m.
  If you have children in both divisions, choose either session or stay the whole time! We hope to see you there!

• Registration Day

  Registration on Monday, August 12, 2019 will be according to the first initial of your last name.
  
  

  A-J     7:45-8:30 a.m.

  K-Z    9:00-9:45 a.m.
  
  

  Students are to attend with a parent on this day. You will find your classroom and meet your teacher. Uniforms are not required on Registration Day. 

• First Day of Classes

  Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 8:10 a.m.

• Dismissal Times

  12:00 p.m.  PK and JK (1/2 Day Students)                      
  3:10 p.m.    Little Saints through 1st grade (Full Day Students)/Lower Carline begins at 2:50 p.m.             
  3:15 p.m.    2nd through 5th grade/Upper Carlines begin at 3:15 p.m.                                                      

• Parent Meetings

  Registration Night: Monday, August 12, 2019
  
  5:00-5:45 pm    LS, PK, JK
  6:00-6:45 pm    SK, 1st, 2nd
  7:00-7:45 pm    3rd, 4th, 5th
  
  

  Meetings are in the classrooms.  It is vital that at least one parent attend.  Classroom procedures, curriculum, and yearly plans will be discussed.   STUDENTS SHOULD NOT ATTEND.

• Briarcare

  Morning care is available at 7:00 a.m. daily (no charge).  Afternoon care hours are 3:15 - 6:00 pm.  (There is a charge for after school care.)  More information and after school care online registration will be available in July on the Briarcare Page. Location of morning and afternoon care will be posted on Registration Day, August 12, 2019.
