After high school, Rebecca attended Wake Forest University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and playing soccer on the first Wake Women’s Soccer team. Rebecca also earned her Master’s of Business Administration at Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Following graduate school, Rebecca was the fifth employee for a start-up bank headquartered in Denver, CO and ran marketing for them for ten years. She helped the company grow to 200 employees, eleven locations in four states and over $4 billion in assets under management. She is currently running a construction project for the family business, Kemmons Wilson Companies in Colorado as well as helping the corporate company rebrand. Rebecca is committed to giving back to the community and sits on the board at the Denver Zoo and is heavily involved with Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association as well as The Global Down Syndrome Foundation. She was issued a patent for a children’s therapeutic device and is publishing her first children’s book this fall. Rebecca resides in Denver, CO with her husband of 14 years, Mac Macsovits and their three kids, Guion (8), Hoke (7) and Rae (5).
