Connections is Tennessee Art Education Association Member exhibition which features artwork created by Tennessee art educators. The show offers teachers the opportunity to display their talents and to be honored for their accomplishments in a professional environment. The art educator exhibition also provides an excellent venue to place in full display the relationship or “Connection” that exists between exemplary student art and the work that we create. 

“I am very proud to be honored for this painting of "looking into." It was painted in the classroom while students spoke into how I could make it better. As it developed many of them had words of critique and encouragement. The Oculi certainly connected us.” said Mrs. Fergus.
