Senior Gracie Talley Signs Letter of Intent for Gymnastic at University of Wisconsin - Whitewater

Senior Gracie Talley recently signed a letter of intent at University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. She will be on the gymnastic team at the university. Gracie began gymnastics at two years old and started competing when she was six. She is currently a level 10 gymnast at ConXion Gymnastics in Olive Branch, MS.

Gracie demonstrated an early love for the sport and has always dreamed of being a college gymnast. Gracie has qualified for the TN state championships every year since she began gymnastics and has won several State titles. She also has won several Regional awards as an optional gymnast. Gracie not only shows tremendous work ethic but also strong leadership in the gym. She has been selected as the team captain each year since 2015 and was the recipient of one of the highest awards at her gym, the Coaches Award in 2018.

Even with all the hours spent in the gym, she currently has a 4.3 weighted GPA at Briarcrest. She is a member of both the National Honor Society and the National Latin Honor Society. She plans on majoring in Kinesiology at UWW with the desire of becoming a physical therapist.
