Application Process

Step 1 –Complete an online application.
Step 2– Admissions will email a records release form to you. Please complete and return to Admissions by email or fax.
Step 3- Email or fax additional documents to Admissions:
  • Certificate of Immunizations
  • Health exam for Little Saints, PK, JK, and SK
  • Certified Birth Certificate (not the mother’s copy)
Step 4-Admissions will call you to schedule a pre-screening if your child is in elementary.  A shadow day or tour will be scheduled for those in middle and high school. 
Step 5- For grades 6-12 Academic records will be reviewed to determine if additional testing is needed.
Step 6- The student’s file is reviewed by the Admissions Committee.  
Step 7-Parents will be notified of decision and when the contract will be issued.
