Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God - this is your true and proper worship.

Elementary Student Ministries
Rooted in Faith. Growing Toward Excellence.
Our elementary Christian environment is enhanced by daily Bible lessons, scripture memorization and discussions regarding God and Jesus. Weekly chapels are held with our students featuring a variety of Christian speakers and music. The emphasis is on reaching souls for Christ and developing a deeper Christian walk.
Participation in monthly service projects keeps students, parents, and faculty aware of the need to help others and to create a servant's spirit within everyone at Briarcrest.
Middle School Student Ministries
Spiritual life is a major emphasis for Middle School students at Briarcrest.
Weekly Chapel Programs are designed to give our students an opportunity to worship together. Generally, our Middle School Praise Band will lead the student body in a few praise songs prior to the introduction of our weekly speaker. Each year, the Middle School chooses a “theme” around which our speakers try to guide their remarks.
High School Student Ministries
We teach from a distinctively Biblical worldview.
We believe that the Bible is the foundation upon which all education rests; in the classroom, on stage, through athletics, and in extra-curricular activities. If you have any questions, contact Jason Ellis, Director of Student Ministries at jgellis@briarcrest.com or Amy Schuler, Coordinator of Student Ministries at amschuler@briarcrest.com.
BCS Athletics Leadership Academy
The Briarcrest Athletics Leadership Academy was created in 2025 as a resource to enhance the resiliency, mindset, and competitive spirit of BCS student-athletes. Led by High School Athletic Director Matt Saunders, the Leadership Academy meets every other Friday from August to April in the PAC Media Room before school. Guest speakers and Coach Saunders offer motivational and inspirational content to promote positive mental training that will complement the exceptional physical training they receive in preparation for competition. The course is Biblically-based and seeks to develop athletes spiritually, rooted in the Scripture of 2 Timothy 4:7 - Fight, Finish, Faith!
