Wednesday, August 9, 2023

Orientation Day is a mandatory high school day. Students will wear their uniforms on this day and no lunch will be served.

All 10th - 12th grade students will report to your first period class at 8:35 am
If you have Study Hall first period, please report to the MPR at 8:35 am.

Student Schedule:

Meeting with all 9^th graders (freshman) in Sparks 8:00am - 8:30am

1^st period 8:35 am-8:50 am
2^nd period 8:55 am-9:10 am
3^rd period 9:15 am-9:30 am
4^th period 9:35 am-9:50 am
5^th period 9:55 am-10:10 am
6^th period 10:15 am-10:30 am
7^th period 10:35 am-10:50 am**

Debrief for Freshman & New to BCS students: 10:55 am - 11:15 am

All Freshman Debrief meets in HS Gym
New 10^th - 12^th Grade Student Debrief (New to BCS) meets in HS Library

Luncheon for New to BCS Students: 11:20 am - 12pm in the HS Commons

**All returning 10th - 12th grade students are finished for the day at the end of the 7th period time and are free to leave campus. Students who attended BCS last year need to stop by the HS Commons at the end of 7th period to pickup a yearbook.

Student Parking Decal

Student Parking

Student parking decals will cost $25.00 and must be displayed on driver’s side windshield of the vehicle. Students can pick a parking space via a Signup Genius email that will be sent out the week of July 31, 2023. Please contact Coach Harrington (jlharrington@briarcrest.com) or Mrs. Cannon (lwcannon@briarcrest.com), in Student Services, if you have any further questions.

Parent Parking Decal

All parents must have a new parent parking sticker each school year on their vehicles. To obtain the sticker, please login to the Briarcrest website as a parent and go to the "Resource" page. Click on the link for parent parking decal. Once filled out and submitted online your new decal will be mailed to you. Each family receives two free decals each year. After that, the cost is $5 each and can be paid online with the online form.

Athletic Participation

All Briarcrest athletes must complete participation forms and submit an up to date physical through PRIVIT.

Textbooks

The Saint Shop is your place for all things Briarcrest!

Did you know The Saint Shop has an online bookstore? New and used textbooks will be available for sale and all orders will be “customer pick-up” only. See the High School Textbook section of the Saint Shop Online Store for more information on textbook pick-up and purchase as well as summer hours.

Saint Shop School Year Hours:

Middle School: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am-10:30am
High School: School days 7:30am-12:30pm*
*From 1-3pm by appointment and 15 minutes after dismissal.
