Parent Opportunities

A group of enthusiastic young women in colorful, festive outfits are gathered together, laughing and celebrating with excitement.
A group of young people, mostly children, are gathered in what appears to be an auditorium or classroom setting, with some seated and others standing, all wearing green shirts.

Get Plugged in through Volunteer Opportunities at Briarcrest

At Briarcrest, parents play an integral role in our thriving campus community. Whether you're a new family just starting their academic journey at BCS, or you're a family with a legacy established here over generations, there's a place here for you to connect, engage, and invest in our future.

A cooperative partnership with the parents, grandparents, and extended family members of our students creates a support system and culture of connectivity that drives excellence every day. If you're looking for ways to get involved, begin by joining our Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) or contacting one of our divisional offices.

Interested in getting involved at Briarcrest? Here are just a few of the ways our parents
plug in and contribute their time and talents:

  • Join your division's PTF through a leadership role or by attending a monthly meeting.
  • Volunteer at an annual or seasonal event like B.C.'s Big Bash or Homecoming.
  • Have coaching experience or a passion for athletics? Consider volunteering to coach one of our elementary sports teams.
  • Give back to our Fine Arts program by helping support one of our award-winning theatrical or musical performances.
  • Apply to chaperone at a class retreat, field trip, or out-of-town destination trip like the annual 8th Grade trip to D.C.
  • Serve during the school day at the high school serving Saintly Snacks.
