A one-time $25.00 non-refundable fee must be paid at the time of registration.

A non-refundable $50.00 monthly deposit is required to hold your camper(s) spot in Day Camp and will be applied toward your balance.

Payments can be paid in full or billed through Campbrain on the 5th of each month prior to their session.

ALL FEES ARE NON-Refundable and NON-Transferable except in the event of special medical circumstance.

General Information

All policies and procedures expressed in the BCS Handbook apply to Briarcamp. Please contact Briarcamp Coordinator with any additional questions or concerns.

To register online, please access the “Enrollment Form." This will direct you to the Campbrain system for online registration. New users should create a profile for each child that will attend Briarcamp. Enrollment will be accessed through this site. 

Our morning carline runs daily from 8:45 – 9:15 a.m. and afternoon carline runs from 2:45 - 3:15 p.m. 

Briarcamp offers a 5-half day option that allows your camper to stay and complete their day at day camp before their XTRA camp begins or after it is over at a reduced weekly rate. 

Early Care is available from 7:30-9:00 a.m. and after care is available 3:00-5:30 p.m. at an additional charge.  

Students will only be released to those authorized individuals who have been listed in the Campbrain registration. Emailed authorization to Briarcamp Coordinator is required for those not listed in the Campbrain system.

Students should be picked up no later than 5:30 p.m. Parents will be charged a late fee of $50 for the first 15-minute increment after 5:30 p.m. After 5:45 p.m. an additional fee per minute late fee will be charged.

Campers are expected to adhere to the policies of Briarcrest Christian School at all times while on campus. We reserve the right to dismiss any camper from Briarcamp whose behavior does not comply with these policies.
