Excellence. Tradition. Perseverance. Teamwork. Competitiveness is encouraged, with a priority on developing each child's fundamental skills necessary to compete at the next level.
Athletic forms are required once a school year for students who plan to participate in a sport during the school year (including pre-season activities). The on-line document management system is called PRIVIT. The required athletic forms are signed on-line. In addition, we need a current sports physical dated after April 15th for your student. You can take a picture of the signed physical with your smart phone and upload it to your PRIVIT account. The first step in this process is to create an account. The instructions can be found here (PrivIT Parent Instructions) and the link to the PRIVIT login can be found at the top of this section. The athletic forms process is complete for your student after you have set up your account, signed the forms on-line, and uploaded a current sports physical. This process must be completed before the first practice.
Please contact Talar Linder at 765-4601 if you have any questions about the required athletic forms/process.
