Handgun Carry Policy
Student and Family Policies
Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 49, Chapter 7, Part 1 and Title 49, Chapter 50, Part 8, the Briarcrest Board of Trustees approves and directs the President to disseminate and implement the following policy:
Briarcrest Christian School prohibits any person, including handgun carry permit holders, from carrying handguns anywhere on its campuses, except for qualified security personnel who are specifically and individually issued written authorization by the President of the school, under authority granted by the Board of Trustees.
