We are so excited to have your family at Briarcrest! Now that you have completed your
child's enrollment, let's talk about what comes next.

We want to help you navigate the upcoming school year at Briarcrest as a new family. We know you have lots of questions and we want to provide you with answers. On this page you will find general information, useful links, and contact information.

onCampus

Current and incoming parents can access important resources, classroom information, and student grades from within their dashboard under our online school community called onCampus. Select login at the top right of the website to access onCampus.

- New students in grades 4 - 12 will receive access to their onCampus pages at their laptop pickup.

- Student schedules for grades 6 - 12 are available through onCampus starting in mid-July. You will receive communication from your principal when this is available.

PrivIT Sports Forms

PrivIT is how you will complete all required school athletic forms as well as submit your student's health physical. These forms are good for all sports teams a student participates in for the 12 months following submission.

As a Parent/Guardian for a student under the age of 18, you will register an account with your email address, then add your student into the account. Select Register to create a new account for your student. Make certain to select your role as Parent/Guardian when registering.

Uniforms

UNIFORMS

At Briarcrest, it is our hope that our students will exemplify high standards, not only in schoolwork, but also in the areas of citizenship, leadership, and responsibility. It is the belief of the administration that the physical appearance of our students is an essential element in developing personal responsibility. Uniforms are labeled with a BCS logo and are required for all students. The designated vendor for BCS is Dennis of Memphis at 7846 Trinity Road, Suite 111, 522-6652. Flik Dining

Briarcrest Christian School has selected Flik Independent School Dining, the premier foodservice provider for over 265 independent schools, to provide a nutritious meal for your child each day.

Flik offers an assortment of hot and cold lunches for your student and two dining options to purchase your school lunches: a la carte and meal plans.

Saint Shop

The Saint Shop is your place for all things Briarcrest. Visit the store to order textbooks, purchase a Friday t-shirt for your student, or pick up game day gear. Stop by one of our two locations or shop online.

Shops are located in the Middle School next to the library and in the High School Commons.

Middle School: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30am-10:30am
High School: School days 7:30am-12:30pm*
*From 1-3pm by appointment and 15 minutes after dismissal.

Laptops

Student Laptops

Students in grades 4 through 12 receive a laptop to use while at Briarcrest. We highly encourage you to purchase a cover for this laptop. Laptop covers should fit a MacBook Air (M1, 2020 or Model A2337).

For laptop information, including pickup dates and times for rising 5th - 12th graders, please visit the laptop pickup page or contact tech support. Students who enroll after registration day will receive their laptop on their first day of school.

Buzz Book

To access the Buzz Book:

1) Login to onCampus.
2) You will find a Directories Tab in the top right hand corner of the screen.
3) Select Buzz Book - Student Directory.

Briarcrest's Buzz Book is our online student directory. You will find additional Buzz Book Content on the Resources Board. Click the Buzz Book Icon and you will be taken to a new page that has PTF, Trustees, Department Heads and more listed for you.
