  • Briarcare After-School Positions

    Briarcrest Kindergarten has grown, and we need 2 experienced aftercare workers, one of the two positions will start immediately and the second will begin at semester.

    Aftercare staff should have a heart for children and be willing to oversee a group of children, supervise and engage in play with students. Experience working with children through church, day care, schools or other structured programs is preferred. 
    Hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30-5:30.

    Consideration will be given to individuals wanting to work less than 5 days a week.

  • High School Athletic Administrative Assistant

    Position Summary
    The high school athletic department administrative assistant manages the administrative operational responsibilities for the high school athletic program.  The administrative assistant
    coordinates activities, sets appointments, manages records and performs other administrative activities as assigned.  This is an eleven-month position and considered a ministerial employee.
    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
    • Professing and growing Christian in agreement and compliance with the Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Doctrinal Statement of Briarcrest Christian School.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
    • Good oral and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and adapts to new technology.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Manages the athletic office professionally and maintains confidentiality.
    • Familiarity, compliance and implementation of the policies and procedures of Briarcrest Christian School is required.
    • Proactively, promptly and professionally communicate with all stakeholders in the school.
    • Manage data using various software applications and assist in financial transactions.
    • Assist with the operations of home football games, certain basketball games, and other athletic events.
    • Perform additional duties necessary to effectively assist in the management of the high school athletic department.
