Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Mathematics Education
Experience in a high school teaching Algebra and Geometry is preferred
Strong use of multiple teaching strategies
Use of the computer as an enhancement to the curriculum

The Grounds Technician is responsible for maintaining all outside grounds at Briarcrest Christian School. The Grounds Technician reports to the Lead Grounds Technician and the Building and Grounds Manager. The Grounds Technician must be able to work outside for a minimum of 8 hours (lunch and breaks not included) and must be able and willing to work under adverse weather conditions.
The Grounds Technician must be very detail-oriented and must always leave it better than he/she found it. All Grounds Technicians must be able to lift 80 lbs and have the ability to be around plants and cut grass. The Ground Technician must maintain a clean and neat personal appearance. The Grounds Technician is required to follow all personal protective procedures 100% of the time it is required.
The Grounds Technician’s tasks are, but not limited to:
Mowing Lawns, Islands and Common Areas Ability to learn operation of Mowers
The Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts Conservatory is a comprehensive, Christ-centered program offering lessons in dance, music, and visual arts to our students. We are looking for a guitar teacher for the Spring Semester and beyond on Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Conservatory during the school day. This would be a position to teach beginner through advanced guitar students. We are generally able to schedule students from around 10 until 2:30 and allow time for the potential teacher to get to another studio if needed. Teachers teach 30 lessons throughout the school year with a culminating recital at the end of each semester. The substitute teacher is responsible for following the lesson plans that the classroom teacher has prepared for his/her absence.Substitute teachers teach daily with excellence from a Christian worldview and maintain a learning environment that promotes respect.
The Vice President of Business Affairs reports to the President and is responsible for the administration and oversight of the Accounting & Finance, Admissions, Marketing & Communications, Development, Information Technology and Support Operations departments. The Vice President works with and supports the division level principals in accomplishing the educational goals of the school.
Minimum Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA and/or CPA designations are a plus
Significant experience in accounting, finance, marketing, information technology, and business operations management
An understanding of and an appreciation for an independent, Christian, college preparatory school education
Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
