Textbook Return Policy
Returned textbooks will have a 30% Restocking Fee charged at the time of return.
• The 30% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the amount of the original purchase price.
• RECEIPTS MUST be presented for a refund or an exchange. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!
• Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the account charged. Credit card must be presented.
• Refunds for cash and check purchases will be issued through the Briarcrest Business Office with a Briarcrest check mailed to the purchaser. No cash is given at the time of return.
