  • Boy's Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach

    Briarcrest Christian School is seeking an assistant boy’s lacrosse coach for the 2016-2017 season.  The successful candidate should have collegiate playing experience (NCAA or MCLA) and previous coaching experience in high school or college.  Offensive coaching experience is preferred.
     
    The assistant coach will work with the head coach on game strategy, practice plans, scouting, travel plans, film breakdown and other assignments as directed by the head coach.  The coach would need available several days during the week in the fall and all practices/games in the spring.  Fall and spring practice times normally begin at 3:30pm and end around 5pm.  Games are normally on Tuesday and Friday nights, with some weekend games as well.  Stipend is commensurate with experience.

  • Facilities Grounds Technician

    Briarcrest Christian School is seeking a Grounds Technician for full time employment to begin immediately. The successful candidate should possess a working knowledge of ball fields, lawn card, lighting, irrigation, chemicals, fertilization, equpiment maintenance minor construction repairs, and painting.  The position consists of maintaining turf, irrigation, buildings, stadiums, and fields.

    The grounds technician will perform regular fertilizing, mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, spraying, blowing, painting game fields, picking up trash, cleaning bleachers and setting up for events. The person must be able to lift 60 pounds, be willing to work outside in all weather conditions, be a self-starter and able to follow instructions.

  • Housekeeping Technician

    The successful candidate should be an experienced commercial building cleaning person. Have knowledge including, but not limited to: Good communication skills, be able to lift 60 pounds, hold a valid Tennessee Driver's License, possess good people shills, be able to multi-task at high level, be a team player, be computer literate in Word and Excel, be able to pass a 10-year background check, be a self-starter able to work without supervision, be able perform event set-ups and perform general trash clean up inside and outside buildings.   • Maintenance Technician

    The successful candidate should be an experienced commercial building maintenance person with general building maintenance knowledge including, but not limited to: Good mechanical skills, good communications skills, be able to lift 60 pounds, hold a valid Driver's License, possess good people shills, be able to multi-task at high level, be a team player, be computer literate in Word and Excel, be able to pass a 10-year background check, be a self-starter able to work without supervision, possess knowledge of computerized HVAC systems, be able to assemble and move furniture, change lamps and ballasts, work from personnel lift, and perform electrical and plumbing repairs.

  • Sodexo Cafeteria Positions

    Sodexo with Briarcrest is looking to fill positions in the cafeteria and kitchen. Part-time and full-time hours available – including fry cook, cashier, baker and dishwasher.  Must be personable and able to communicate well with both adult and children customers. Food experience a plus!!!!

  • Traffic Technician

    The successful candidate should be safety conscience, experienced traffic guard, dealing with school exit/entrances. Applicant with no experience will receive on the job training. 
     
    Part-time Hours are 7:30 am - 9:00 am and 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.
     
    In addition, more opportunities to work traffic and parking will be offered at other scheduled times. More details will be discussed during a phone interview.
