By giving to the Annual Fund, you are able to make an impact on every aspect of school life-academics, athletics, fine arts and technology. Each year, our Annual Fund is essential because it supports the entire school, PK2 through 12th grade.
Tuition covers only 83% of the operating cost at Briarcrest. The Annual Fund exists to help bridge the financial gap between what is covered by tuition and the actual cost of education and activities offered at BCS. With your support, we continue to hire the best teachers, and offer outstanding academic, athletic, fine arts and spiritual programs that provide your child a well-rounded, balanced education, while keeping costs down.
The best thing about donating to Briarcrest through the Annual Fund is that you can give exactly where your money is spent. For example, if your child participates in Fine Arts – you may designate your gift to go directly to the activity in which your child is involved.
This year, we have enclosed a list of items that are needed at Briarcrest. By having the option to choose a specific area to which your dollars go or to a specific item needed at BCS, you will know that your contribution is going to directly benefit your child’s success.
Every gift is appreciated – no gift is too small. One of our major goals this year is to significantly increase our participation level percentage.
