Briarcare Online Registration
Briarcare is available for Elementary and Middle School students.
Registration for Briarcare is online. Registration fee is required with submission of the form.

Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Fees
Registration Fee (non-refundable) $25 per child
Full-Time (3-5 days per week $1620 per year Additional children: $1530 per year
Part-Time (2 days maximum per week) $11 per day No discount for additional children
Late Pick-up Fee $10 per 15 minutes after 6:00 pm
Payment Options
Full-Time Students
Nine Payments of $180 (one child)/$170 (each additional child) are due on the 10th of the month from September - May. Payment envelopes are provided for your convenience.
Part-Time Students
The part-time students are billed at the end of each nine weeks for days attended.
Student Holidays
Briarcare is not open on school holidays.

Briarcare Policies
Parents: Please remember that BriarCare dismisses promptly at 6:00 p.m. each day. There is a late fee of $10 for each 15 minute increments after 6:00. All late fees must be paid at the time of pick-up. Always contact your campus when you have problems with pick-up times.
