Laptop Pickup and Setup Meetings

Meeting Dates:

Monday, July 24th - 11:00am and 6:00pm

Wednesday, July 26th - 11:00am

Tuesday, August 1 - 11:00am and 5:30pm

Thursday, August 3 - 3:00pm

Please arrive a few minutes early to receive your computer and charger before the start of the meeting.

Things to know for laptop meeting:

At least one parent/guardian is required to attend the meeting with each new 5th-12th grade student or returning 5th grade student.
The online acknowledgment form must be completed before you arrive for the meeting. This form will be made available in July and can be found in onCampus. A link to the form can be found at the bottom of this page.
Meetings will start at the above stated times. Please show up 10 minutes prior to the meeting to pick up your computer and charger.

Things to know for laptop meetings:

These meetings will cover important policy updates, the initial setup for your laptop and first time logins. Meetings typically last around 45 minutes.
There will be a quick overview for all new families on how to login and use onCampus at the end of the mandatory meeting.
Please review the three policies that apply to your student. These policies are located on the right side of this page and include the Responsible Use Policy.
A protective case will not be provided for the laptop. It is strongly advised that you consider purchasing one for your MacBook Air (M1, 2020) or Model A2337.

Device Policies

Returning students in grades 6 - 12 need to come to the Sparks Chapel Lobby to pick up their laptop during one of the dates and times listed below.
Returning students do not need to stay for a meeting and do not require a parent in attendance to pick up a computer.
You must have a completed laptop agreement form for the upcoming school year.
You will be asked to sign that you received a laptop and charger.
