The Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts Department support organization encourages parents, alumni and friends to support the arts through BRAVO: The Briarcrest Rising Artist Volunteer Organization. This BCS Fine Arts support group has adopted the following mission statement:

Recognizing that all Fine Arts are a gift of God’s creation, the Briarcrest Rising Artist Volunteer Organization (BRAVO) expresses its mission to support the entire BCS Fine Arts program by:

·       Creating an arts awareness within the Briarcrest family and   surrounding community

·       Seeking additional financial support for the BCS Fine Arts Programs through

o        The BCS Family

o        Briarcrest Alumni

o        Corporate Sponsors

o        Grants

o        The Surrounding Community

·       Expanding a unified volunteer group to support Fine Arts Activities

·       Offering financial assistance to individual students for private instruction through the BCS Conservatory of Fine Arts

·       Procuring Funds to endow a Fine Arts Teacher/ Artist-in-Residence

·       Recognizing Fine Arts Student, Alumni, and Faculty Achievements

BRAVO Membership Information

The Briarcrest Rising Artist Volunteer Organization, BRAVO, is a sponsor organization whose efforts are to raise funds to aid the total Briarcrest Fine Arts Program.  The Briarcrest Fine Arts Department receives funds from both the Annual Fund and the General Budget.  In addition to those funds, parents still continue to pay participation fees for their students.  All funds raised through BRAVO will go directly to our fine arts program.

Corporate or Individual Levels:

• Saint Level ($2500+)
  • Full-page advertisement in the Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts BRAVO Magazine
  • Name printed on the front of all tickets
  • Placement on the Briarcrest Christian School website
  • Name displayed on the Saint Level BRAVO Sponsor Board at each production
  • Twenty (20) tickets to each Briarcrest Christian School production
  • Reserved table for eight at the Briarcrest Christian High School Madrigal Dinner.
• Gold Level ($1000+)
  • Half-page advertisement in the Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts BRAVO Magazine
  • Name printed on the front of all tickets
  • Name displayed on the Gold Level BRAVO Sponsor Board at each production
  • Eight (8) tickets to each Briarcrest Christian School production
  • Four tickets to the Briarcrest Christian High School Madrigal Dinner.
• Green Level ($500+)
  • Quarter-page advertisement in the Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts BRAVO Magazine
  • Name displayed on the Green Level BRAVO Sponsor Board at each production
  • Four tickets to each Briarcrest Christian School production
  • Two tickets to the Briarcrest Christian High School Madrigal Dinner.

Family and Individual Levels:

• Family Level ($250)
  • Includes season tickets for all family members to each Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts production excluding the Madrigal Dinner (Band and Choir families receive free admission to BCS home athletic events in which their child participates in a fine arts performance).
• Patron Level ($175)
  • Includes 2 season tickets to each Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts Department production excluding the Madrigal Dinner (Band and Choir families receive two free admissions to BCS home athletic events in which their child participates in a fine arts performance).
• Friend Level ($100)
  • Includes 1 season ticket to each Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts Department production excluding the Madrigal Dinner (Band and Choir families receive two free admissions to BCS home athletic events in which their child participates in a fine arts performance).
• Young Alumni Level ($75)
  • Includes 1 season ticket to each Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts Department production excluding the Madrigal Dinner.
• Student Level ($50)
  • Includes 1 season ticket to each Briarcrest Christian School Fine Arts Department production excluding the Madrigal Dinner.

·         Contributor Level ($25)

o    A contribution to support the Arts at Briarcrest Christian School.
