Payment
Plan Options:
- Annually:
Tuition balance due no later than May 22.
- Semi-Annually:
Tuition is paid in equal installments no later than May 22 and October
22. A $140 credit fee is added to the second payment.
- Monthly:
Tuition balance is paid in 11 equal installments through a bank-draft authorization,
beginning in May and ending in April. There is not a January bank draft since
other fees/deposits are due at the same time. A $240 fee is charged to cover
the costs of processing and interest. To indemnify the School in case of student
withdrawal, the cost of tuition insurance (2.8% of tuition) is due with the
May tuition payment. With this option, you are required to participate in
the Tuition Refund Insurance Plan.
Fees:
Other fees, including yearbooks and voluntary PTF memberships, are billed
separately. Elementary textbooks are included in the tuition, while Middle School
and High School textbooks are purchased through the Saint Shop.
ESS
Fees:
An additional tuition fee ($3,900 for elementary and $2,900 for middle/high
school) will be assessed for each student enrolled in the ESS Program (Educational
Support Services). This is a program for students with mild learning differences.
The courses a student takes will be determined by school personnel.
Tuition
Assistance:
Tuition Assistance is available to those who qualify by evaluation through
the School Scholarship Service in Princeton, N.J. After the report of qualification
for assistance is recieved from the SSS, grants are made according to a predetermined
standard percentage on a first-come first-served basis. Tuition Assistance forms
are available in the Business Office.
Tuition Assistance is not offered to
Preschool and Junior Kindergarten students.
In order to be eligible to continue to
receive need-based tuition assistance, a student must maintain a cumulative
2.0 GPA at Briarcrest.

Services at BCS are provided by Sodexho Food Service of Memphis.
