Traveling WEST from Nashville on I-40:

• Take I-40 WEST from Nashville to Memphis.
• Take the Canada Road exit (EXIT 20) and go SOUTH (turn left). Canada Road will become Houston Levee after you cross HWY 64.
• Follow Houston Levee Road for approximately 7-8 miles (it is a winding 2-lane road in some parts).
• You will come to a 3-way stoplight at the corner of Houston Levee/Walnut Grove.
• Briarcrest is located on the left (EAST) side of Houston Levee Road.

• Traveling EAST from Memphis on I-240:
• - Take I-40 EAST from Memphis to Nashville.
• Take the Canada Road exit (EXIT 20) and go SOUTH (turn right). Canada Road will become Houston Levee after you cross HWY 64.

Traveling EAST from Memphis IN TOWN:

• Take Walnut Grove Road EAST until it dead ends at a 3-way stoplight.
• Turn right (SOUTH) at the 3-way stop onto Raleigh LaGrange Road.
• Briarcrest is located on the left (EAST) side of Houston Levee Road.

From Germantown/Collierville:

• From Poplar Avenue, travel NORTH on Houston Levee Road.
• Briarcrest will be on the right (EAST) side of the road, just before Walnut Grove Road.
